This year, Loveparade will be a part of a large campaign targeted at promoting a positive image of contemporary Germany among the British youth. The Germans intend to promote their country through catchy phrases and lively visuals on 10,000
postcards which will be backed up with a billboard and internet campaign.In an effort to neutralize Britain’s perception of Germany as the evil adversary and land of non-existent humor, the message being packaged for delivery will focus on love not war.
The Loveparade weekend is just great, not only for the parade itself, but more because of the party atmosphere engulfing the entire city. It is like the city is completely taken over by the
techno/trance scene, at every corner, every restaurant, bar, street vendor music blasts into the streets, outdoor parties small and large, legal and illegal everywhere.

Reports of alleged planned terror attacks and storm weather warnings have little negative impact on the atmosphere. Although there are fewer visitors to the Loveparade than previously, still some 700,000 fans dance peacefully through the Tiergarten
