At the Loveparade 1991 there is for the first time a group gathering from different scenes all over Germany. Party people from Munich, Cologne, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Nürnberg and Frankfurt come together and make it known that techno is not only a one-city movement but rather a single spirit, a small subculture sprouting in the whole country.
The parade has grown: 6000 people and 10 trucks demonstrate for love, peace, respect and tolerance.
"It was really a fascinating image! It carried you away! At last there was an excellent open air party! During the day in the middle of people who were doing their Saturday shopping. I felt somehow exotic and on the other hand I was just one part of a huge fun happening! I saw the trucks, heard the great music - it was incredible!"

For the first time the parade is advertised nationwide. This results in 6000 participants from all over Germany including floats from Frankfurt and Cologne.
